Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Temporary Nursery Assistants to join our pool of staff. As a Temporary Nursery Assistant with D4 Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of childcare settings, supporting our clients with their staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Nursery Practitioners in delivering engaging and stimulating activities for children.
- Assist with daily routines, including meal times.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children in accordance with nursery policies and procedures.
- Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Adapt quickly to different nursery environments and follow instructions provided by clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to different nursery settings.
- A clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
- First Aid certification is desirable.
- Relevant childcare qualifications.
