Position Overview: As a CQC Registered Manager in domiciliary care, you will lead and manage the delivery of high-quality care services to individuals in their own homes across multiple locations in the North West. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, overseeing staff management, and fostering a culture of excellence in care provision. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the operational management of domiciliary care services in various locations within the North West region.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards, conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain high levels of quality and safety.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of person-centered care.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize service delivery and enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Manager’s Award or equivalent qualification (desirable).
  • Proven experience in a management role within domiciliary care services.
  • Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and standards relating to domiciliary care.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage resources, prioritise tasks, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
