Position Overview: As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safety for children in our nurseries. Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, develop curriculum, and build strong relationships with families. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assist in managing all aspects of nursery operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to recruit, train, and support staff members in delivering high-quality care and education.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging curriculum and activities tailored to children’s developmental needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with families through effective communication and collaboration, supporting the Nursery Manager in this aspect.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education, with 1 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
  • Sound knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
