Position Overview: As a Nursery Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safety for children in our nurseries. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, curriculum development, and building strong relationships with families. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of nursery operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Recruit, train, and support staff members to deliver high-quality care and education.

- Foster positive relationships with families through effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education, with 1 years in a management or leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education level 3 or related field (preferred).
- Sound knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
